About Me

I’m Luke, and I’m passionate about fitness but my view of what it means to “stay fit” has changed a lot over the years.

I’ve learned that the best training plans aren’t the fanciest or the hardest… they’re the ones you can actually stick with and have fun completing. Adherence is the real secret sauce to getting in shape.

Since having kids, my own training has had to evolve. Time is tighter, priorities shift, and I’ve had to adapt my training style to fit real life.
