Choose Your Track

Beginner: If you can’t yet do strict pull-ups, toes-to-bar, or handstand holds start here.

  • Assisted variations, tempo work, position drills, low joint stress.

  • Goal: strict strength + control.

Intermediate: If you can do a few pull-ups, toes-to-bar, or handstand push-ups but they fall apart in workouts this is your level.

  • Density work, EMOMs, fatigue-proof mechanics, strict → kipping transfer.

  • Goal: clean skill under fatigue.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do i know whether to start Beginner or Intermediate?
If you can do some of the skills but burn out quickly start with intermediate otherwise start off with the beginner. (you get access to both)

Do I need to change my current training?
No. This program is designed to plug directly into what you already do.

What if I can’t do a pull-up yet?
Perfect — the early progressions start at zero and build up strength + positions safely.

I already train 5–6 days/week. Is this too much?
Sessions are only 20–30 minutes and can be placed before/after skill or strength work.

Do I need special equipment?
Just the basics, a pull-up bar, some rings, bands and some wall space.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes no lock-in, no stress.

About Me

I’ve been coaching for around 16 years — starting in commercial gyms, then working 1:1 as a self-employed PT, and eventually opening my own gym so I could help more people progress at once. In that time, I’ve worked with thousands of people with every starting point you can imagine.

But the people I enjoy coaching the most are the ones who show up and put the work in.
Not the naturally gifted ones — the ones who are willing to earn it.

Because most people don’t get stuck in gymnastics or strength work because the skill is “too hard.”
They get stuck because they’ve never built enough strength and control in the positions that make the movement repeatable.

After 12 years of coaching full-time inside my own gym, nothing in this program is theory.
It’s all been tested, refined, and proven in the real world.

I’ve helped people drop 30+ kg and rebuild their confidence, and I’ve helped people hit their first
